Gran's Key Lime Pie

1 Graham cracker crust
(Sprinkle 2 tbsp sugar in crust, then drizzle 1 tbsp butter and bake 10 minutes at 325 degrees and cool).

Filling:

3 eggs seperated

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup fresh lime juice

1 tsp. grated lemon rind


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat egg yolks, condensed milk, juice and zest. Pour into crust and bake 20 minutes. Cool and chill then cover with cool whip
