Creamy Baked Ziti

1 lb. dry ziti pasta

1 onion chopped

1 pound lean ground beef or turkey

1 jar spaghetti sauce

6 ounces sliced provolone cheese

1 1/2 cups sour cream

6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

Grated Parmesan


Cook ziti pasta until done, about 8 minutes. In a large skillet brown onionn and ground beef over medium heat. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 baking dish. layer as follows: 1/2 of the ziti, provolone cheese, sour cream, 1/2 the sauce mixture, remaining ziti, mozzarella cheese, remaining sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted
