Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

3 cups Sugar

2/3 cup Cocoa

Pinch of salt

3/4 cup of canned evaporated milk combined with 3/4 cup of water

1 1/2 cup peanut butter

4 tbsp. butter

1 tsp. vanilla


Combine sugar, cocoa, salt and milk in large pot. Stir and cook on medium heat until candy themometer reaches 234 degrees (do not stir too often while cooking or it will be sugary). Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until it starts to thicken. Pour into greased pan. Cool and cut.

Note: Once removed from heat and remainder of ingredients are added it will thicken almost immediatley, pour up quick.
